Last February student in take concluded their courses in the capacity building school in Mogadishu on august last year.
Since then we have been expecting to get their certificates from STS International Solidarity in Denmark through post unfortunately become impossible to send the certificates through it, therefore STS Somalia decided to Print the certificates locally for the 25 graduated students.
The first speaker at the ceremony was eng. Mayow on behalf of the teachers and said “ we are very happy today that finally we are issuing the certificates to STS Somalia capacity building school is first graduate and hope that our students will practice and gain their daily bread from what they have learned from our school”.
The second speaker at the ceremony was the principle of the school Mr. Hassan Sheik , he lamented on the importance of the courses the school offered to the students, as we have seen the member of the students increasing but we cannot copy with them because of the limited space and personnel.
On behalf of the students Mr. Hersi a student said “ let me take this opportunity to send a work of gratitude to both STS Somalia and STS International Solidarity which we could not have covered our courses with out them, I will promise on behalf of my student colleagues that we will engage ourselves to produce our daily financial requirements through the courses we have taken.
Finally speech was taken over by STS Somalia chairman Mr. Yusuf Mohamed Abdi he expressed the role of STS International Solidarity in the implementation of this school.
The chairman said “ that if would have very nice the presence of STS International Solidarity members on this ceremony but still I feel that they are with us spiritually,
I hope fro the graduated students a better future.
