INTRODUCTION:

The name of organization is Hilaac Rural Development Organization (HIRDO) it is a non-profit, non-governmental, volunteer local organization. The (HIRDO) organization was founded in 5, January 1999 in Mogadishu Somalia; by a group of Somali educators felt bad mannered by illiterate rural communities in Somalia and their influence during the long civil war to urban cities.

The head office of the organization is Mogadishu, Somalia, although they work and hand branch office in lower shabelle region.

The HIRDO organization had leading center committee like, a Chairman, deputy chairman secretary treasurer two auxiliary assistances and a committee of about 20 members.

The objectives of the organization are as the following:

Rehabilitation and development on:

•  Water and sanitation
•  Education
•  Health and veterinary
•  Agriculture
•  Peace building and conflict resolutions
•  Capacity building
