INTRODUCTION:
Jasiira primary school is located in Jasiira village the school was working during the old government, but during the civil war era it has been shut as a result of the civil war. After the civil war the Jasiira community came together to reopen their school after making little renovations, they finally succeeded to open the school for the educational benefits of their children, so that the Jasiira primary school was reopen in 1992. The school has seven classes, an office, teacher's room and store plus two toilets. The school running very well and community of the village are capable of covering the teacher's fees.

More than 90 students are attended by the Jasiira primary school, six teachers who are from the Jasiira community.
The Jasiira primary school has become an official member of STS Somalia umbrella in 2003
